I hereby agree to the
rules and regulations that are in force or that may be
hereafter framed for proper governance by the students
and for maintaining the etiquette in the college and
its attached
Hostel(s). I shall not
indulge in any activities outside the campus that
shall be adverse to the same. Further I assure the
authorities that I shall restrain myself from
indulging in anti-social activities like ragging,
harassment, strike indecency which shall be considered
unethical and unprofessional conduct with fellow
students junior students, senior students and faculty
and any member of the public at large. |

I hereby agree to
compensate for any loss or damage incurred to the
assets of the College & Hostel including
books, Laboratory equipment, Furniture and Fixtures
etc. by my deliberate act or due to my negligence or
on account of my handling in the course of
study. |

I hereby solemnly
affirm that the information submitted and statement,
enclosures furnished by me with this application and
subsequently given by me is true and proper. If any of
the information or statement submitted by me are found
to be improper, untrue or fabricated, then I shall be
liable for breach of trust and shall be subject to
disciplinary action leading to disqualification from
the college thereby forgo my seat from the
college. |

Thereby declare that I
will not seek transfer from G.S.R.M. Memorial
Education Society to any other degree College till I
complete the entire course in this institute and bind
myself to the rules that are in force and that may be
framed hereafter, in this connection. |

I hereby agree to pay
the full course fee in case, I happen to discontinue
the course before the scheduled tenure or if I happen
to seek transfer for the rest of the course to some
other Degree collegel. |

6. |
I am cognizant of the
fact that the management has full authority to
initiate disciplinary action against me including
expelling from the College for my indifferent
behavior, unmindful act, recklessness in
studies
and disobedience including unauthorized continuous
absence. On being compelled for disciplinary action as
per the Rules of the Institution, my presence and stay
in college and Hostel premises shall be unsolicited and
illegal. |

I shall cease to be
the student of the Institute, if at any time, I
participate in disturbances including strike,
anti-establishment activities or boycott of
classes/practical including violation of rules &
regulations framed there under. |

l am cognizant of the
fact that lam liable for disciplinary action including
removal from the College and Hostel premises for being
found under the influence of alcohal and being
intoxicated with drugs or in possession of banned
substances, drugs items etc. |

undertake to solemnly abide by the above rules and
regulations. |
