academic calendar of the Institution is normally from

| Rejection of Application
form |
| The application form may be rejected
due to any of the following reasons: |

The candidate fails to fulfill
the eligibility conditions. |

The fee is not
enclosed |
• |
The application form is not
signed by the candidate and his/her
parent/guardian |

| Identity
Card |
| Student will be issued an identity card
(with registration number) by the Institution. Students are advised to keep
the I-card safely till the completion of the course.
Student will have to produce the identity card at the
time of contact classes and examination or whenever they
are asked for by the authority. If card once lost a
duplicate card may be obtained from the institution on
the payment of nominal fee. |

| Attendance
requirement |
| Students should have minimum 75%
attendance in each subject and clinical field experience
separately during the academic year. |
| The student has to pass in the
internal assessment in each subject to becomeeligible
for appearing
in State University / Faculty
Examination. |

| Examination |
• |
The Institution will notify
the date of Examination and it will also be placed on
the notice board. |
• |
The University / Faculty conduct
supplementary examination within six months of the
annual examination. |
• |
If a student fails in one
paper/Practical - is allowed to proceed to next year
of study. |
• |
If student fails in two or more
papers he/she will not be allowed to proceed to the
next year. |

| Assignments |
| During
the period of contact programme, assignment will be
given to the students. The candidate shall submit the
assignments as and when asked for it by the concerned
teachers. |
